So many of you have joined me on this journey and know me as the healthy baked goods girl at the market or the private chef quietly working to nourish families behind the scenes or taking over retreat kitchens globally. You’ve tasted my food, shared conversations across market tables, supper clubs, retreat dinners, and you have supported eatlife from its earliest days, and I’m so grateful for that.
But there’s more to me, and more to eatlife.
I’m also a holistic nutrition health coach, and I’m welcoming new clients who want to work on their own unique recipe for a full life.
From what you eat… to how you live life.
Food will always be my love language. It’s how I nourish, connect, and create. But over time, I realised something important: You can eat all the “right” foods and still feel tired, disconnected, overwhelmed, or stuck. That’s because real health isn’t just about what’s on your plate. When we work together, we don’t just zoom in, we also step back and focus on the state of your mind, body and soul, because when one of these pillars is not thriving, you will not be thriving.

We look at your health on a multidimensional level, exploring:
Food and nourishment
Digestion and gut health
Movement and rest
Sleep and daily rhythms
Stress, mindset, and nervous system support
Mindfulness and self-connection
Relationships — with food, with others, with work, with finance and with yourself
It’s about seeing the full picture, not chasing perfection.
A real appetite for life
I believe having an appetite for life is the real recipe for happiness. Throughout the years, I’ve had my fair share of battles, with food, movement, mentality, and body image. There was a lot of trial and error. A lot of unlearning. A lot of growth, patience, and persistence.
Through that process, I found my recipe for a full life, one rooted in nourishment, flexibility, self-trust, and compassion rather than control or perfection. And honestly? I’m dyingggg to use everything I’ve learned, personally and professionally, to help you create your own bio-individual recipe for a full life.
My goal isn’t to hand you another rigid plan or set of rules. My goal is to help you develop a real appetite for life.
