Brownie Energy Balls
These little power bites are naturally sweetened, packed with fibre, healthy fats, and slow release energy to keep you fuelled and satisfied. Perfect as an afternoon pick me up, a pre-workout boost, or a wholesome snack for busy days.

Ingredients (makes — 12 balls)
6 dates (pitted)
75 g almond butter
125 g gluten-free oats
50 g coconut flour
1 ripe banana (add a second if the mix feels too dry)
50 g maple syrup
2 tsp raw cacao powder
100 g melted dark chocolate (we love using Ombar for extra richness)
Method
Blend the base: In a food processor, combine dates, almond butter, oats, coconut flour, banana, maple syrup, and cacao. Blend until you get a smooth, sticky mixture.
Shape the balls: Scoop out small portions and roll into bite-sized balls.
Coat in chocolate: Dip or drizzle each ball with melted dark chocolate for that indulgent brownie-like finish.
Chill & set: Place in the fridge for 1 hour until firm.
Enjoy mindfully: Store in an airtight container in the fridge and enjoy whenever you need a nourishing energy boost.
