Oat, Banana and Strawberry Balls

Wholesome, naturally sweet, and full of energy. These snack balls are perfect for children and adults alike, providing a nourishing boost anytime you need a quick, satisfying bite.

 

 

Ingredients (makes 7–10 balls)

1 ripe banana
150 g gluten-free oats
4 strawberries
1 tbsp coconut
2 tsp freeze-dried raspberry powder
Shredded coconut, for rolling

 

Method

Combine banana, oats, strawberries, coconut, and raspberry powder in a food processor. Blend until fully combined.

Roll the mixture into small balls, about 7–10 depending on size.

Roll each ball in shredded coconut to coat.

Store in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 1 month.
