Salmon & Herb Noodle Bowl
A vibrant, nourishing, balanced bowl of omega-3 rich salmon, fibre packed noodles, and antioxidant-rich herbs. Healthy fats, lean protein, and fresh herbs to support energy, digestion, and vitality.

Ingredients
Green soup
1 handful coriander
1 handful parsley
1 handful Thai basil
150g cooked peas
1 cup water
2 tsp sesame oil
Juice of 1 lime
Sea salt
½ lime
1 salmon fillet
100g brown rice noodles
Sesame seeds
Method
Cook the rice noodles, drain, and coat with sesame oil.
Blitz green ingredients in a food processor until combined.
Lightly fry salmon fillet and half lime until cooked and coloured.
Add noodles to a bowl, drizzle green sauce around edges and base.
Top with salmon fillet, grilled lime, and sesame seeds.
